These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, and communications made available by Slade Multifamily (“Slade Multifamily,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, joining our investor list, requesting information, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Slade Multifamily is a private real-estate firm focused on multifamily investments. This website exists to share our approach, our process, and the educational material we publish for current and prospective investors. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and no information here should be treated as personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

The site is intended for adults eighteen years of age or older. If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, Slade Multifamily may send periodic messages related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, project updates, investor updates, event reminders, and account-related notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you can request help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or investment.

6. No Sharing of SMS Consent

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Slade Multifamily maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Material changes will be communicated through the site or by direct notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
