We concentrate our acquisition efforts on Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin — three of the most dynamic metros in the country. Each market benefits from sustained in-migration, diversified employment bases, and rental demand that supports well-located workforce and Class B multifamily communities. By staying focused on this regional footprint, we develop deeper relationships with brokers, lenders, and operators, and we underwrite each submarket with local context rather than national averages. This focus is intentional: we would rather know three markets deeply than chase opportunities across the country.
